Red Martini, Wine Bar & Grill - Redmond

We have given this restaurant multiple opportunities primarily due to our fondness for the bartender. However, since he has departed, so have we. Despite being labeled as upscale by some reviewers, I can only assume they are either acquaintances of the owner or have never dined at a truly sophisticated establishment. The limited menu is unconventional and the wine selection is lacking in variety.

I can't believe we haven't dined here before. We went last night for our anniversary and it was perfect. This classy, small restaurant has a good ambience and great, friendly service. The food is fabulous - we had the prawn appetizer, lamb chops and trout for main courses, and a chocolate pot dessert and chef special (berry cobbler). The flavors were amazing, everything was cooked to perfection, and the presentation of the plates was appealing. We also tried a few drinks and both the pear martini and moulin rouge were excellent. The maple bourbon and Manhattan were so good that we ended up making a trip to the liquor store to buy ingredients for home. The manager visited every table and this restaurant has quickly become our favorite in Redmond.

Very small and crowded. Staff sqeezing thu and bumping every one. Very loud. With that being said the food was amazing the cocktails sublime and staff attentive.

Best upscale restaurant in Central Oregon! Highest quality of food and the most amazing staff! Best Martinis ever! We always spend our special occasions here.

Been there several times now and have always been amazed by the food. It's very impressive and creative.
