Rack Shack Bbq - Eagan

They were not busy, but the service was great. only 5 minutes to get my order done. Rice were pretty good. many different sauces for choice. they also have some delicious desserts. a couple of external and sufficient seating. the escaping area and the restrooms were clean and well equipped. I'll return when I'm back in the opposite.

That's another visit. we were not yet at this newer location and we were not disappointed. we had the three meats hobo plated (we chose the brisket, pulled pork and huh) absolutely lovely! I recommend you try it! the 1280 patriot burger was also tried with bbq’ed drilling. holy kuh (no pun intended), that was brilliant. simple phenomenal taste! Believe it or not, they also have fantastic milkshakes. my suggestion? the karamell! it's a must! I hope that helps.

The food at this restaurant is truly exceptional. However, the cleanliness of the tables and bathrooms leave much to be desired. It seems that Covid may be to blame for the lack of plates and available tables as before. Nevertheless, when I do manage to get a plate, the portions are generous and I end up taking half of my meal home. The lighting is a bit off, but perhaps it adds to the quirky charm of the place. Overall, a solid dining option worth trying out.

My wife and I have been living near Eagan Metro Station for years. We used to dine at Rack Shack when they were located on the street, about a mile away. Unfortunately, we have noticed a significant decline in quality over the past year, along with an increase in prices. We used to always order the full rack of ribs and even take some home for later, but now we are often disappointed with the taste and quality of our meals. The cornbread lacks flavor and the fries are often overcooked. What used to be the best rib place in the South Metro area has sadly lost its former glory. After years of loyalty, we are now searching for a better dining option.

I was completely disappointed with this restaurant. The brisket was dry and flavorless, and the side dishes were served cold. The staff, who were young and inexperienced, were unable to address our concerns. It's been over four weeks since I emailed the Store Manager at the suggestion of Rack-Hack, but I have received no response. I also tried calling but there was no record of my previous contact. Overall, not a great experience and I do not feel safe returning.
