Rack Shack Bbq - Eagan

They were not busy, but the service was great. only 5 minutes to get my order done. Rice were pretty good. many different sauces for choice. they also have some delicious desserts. a couple of external and sufficient seating. the escaping area and the restrooms were clean and well equipped. I'll return when I'm back in the opposite.

That's another visit. we were not yet at this newer location and we were not disappointed. we had the three meats hobo plated (we chose the brisket, pulled pork and huh) absolutely lovely! I recommend you try it! the 1280 patriot burger was also tried with bbq’ed drilling. holy kuh (no pun intended), that was brilliant. simple phenomenal taste! Believe it or not, they also have fantastic milkshakes. my suggestion? the karamell! it's a must! I hope that helps.

Nice Eco friendly togo boxes, mediocre food best. I live about 7 minutes away and arrived 5 minutes early, the food was ready, Hmmm. Just a table of 4 people at 6:00. The two unoccupied chefs are talking. I took the bag of food home to find Dissapointment city in the beautiful boxes. Apply 1/2 lb Brisket Burger or 8oz edible portion. After cooking, the burger should deliver 6 ounces of edible portion. The well cooked burger was 5 ounces with the bacon and 4.2 ounces of dry burgers alone. I paid .99 cents for the 2 slices of bacon, as everywhere and .99 for about one eraping1oz portion of onions, what????????? Salad and tomatoes are not offered. The fries looked like they were good, but old, barely warm and limp. The Pul Chicken my wife (Wet) was dry, she stopped it and the Mac and cheese fine and tasty, but not hot.

Asked and ordered Some ?fattier? brisket, and this is what they gave me, probably couldn?t have had less fat on it, after reheating it?s pretty much cardboard with bbq sauce. That being said I do really love Rack Shack but this sucked, lesson learned to double check your food before leaving.
