The Oak House Durham

Bourbon in my delicious Mocha Latte? Yes. Just absolutely yes. I love sitting at the window and you can grab a slice of pizza and bring it into eat with your well made drink! The staff is just fantastic as well.

After a disaster trying to check into my hotel (no hot water! I decided to wait at The Oak House while things got straightened out. I was excited to find a chic coffee shop that also featured a full bar and local beers on tap. The bartenders were super nice as I de-frazzeled myself over a beer and made a great recommendation of a super weird sour to try. It was excellent and turned my day around.

It doesn't get better than a coffee shop wine bar fusion. The coffee and pastries were good. It's a day time and late night spot. Can't wait to come back and try the wines! Also, a good option for needing to take meetings in the corner on your laptop.

Found this gem in Durham this evening. Great place to grab a coffee, hangout with friends, play some trivia or listen to music. Great atmosphere! Definitely coming back.

Excellent coffee and the tasting are great! Staff are super knowledgeable, especially the two guys always there. If you want to do a beer tasting or whisky go there. Good pastries too
