The packaging was extremely poor. My burger fell apart as soon as I tried to take it out of the bag. The chicken fries weren’t crispy at all; they seemed like they had been cooked the night before. I will never come back to this place again!
The manager was extremely rude, and I didn't receive my money back. I ended up going across the street to Chick-fil-A, where I received excellent customer service. I’d give Chick-fil-A 5 stars!
My whole life eats bk everywhere in the usa and never tastes a meal so bad!
Best burger king in durham as of october 2nd 2022. very great speep and the food is always too hot
