Bojangles - Durham

Had never been to Bojangles before, but had heard it was good. Went to this one, but had forgotten my glasses. The guy at the counter was so nice, he read me the sides options. The chicken was really tasty and moist, and the potatoes and gravy was good. But very impressed with the nice people who work there.

I ordered a 3-piece supreme meal at this restaurant, but it seemed like they either ate some of it or gave me less than what I paid for.

The staff at this restaurant were incredibly kind. Despite my order being incorrect (which I believe was my mistake), they quickly resolved the issue, replacing the wrong item with what I had originally wanted and even added some extras. They were so friendly throughout the entire interaction. The tall man in the blue shirt (presumably the manager) was fantastic at managing his team. The older man working at the drive-through seemed to know everyone and was well-loved by all. This was the best customer service experience I've ever had at Bojangles.

I ordered an egg, bacon, and cheese biscuit tonight. The egg and bacon did not seem fresh, so I ended up switching it for an egg and cheese biscuit instead.

I recently had the best bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit in a long time. It was absolutely delicious and melted in my mouth. The cook working the morning shift definitely deserves a raise.
