This is my place to lunch when I visited dundalk. the personal is beautiful and the vegan options often change, are good value, and tasty. the suppers are particularly delicious (my mother and I still talk about the French tweezers we had before the pandemic)! there is almost always a vegan cake/back on offer the folding jackets are my favorite. do not wait until they are reopened again! updated by previous review on 2021-05-25

The restaurant offers a variety of vegan options and serves great coffee. I ordered the veginator toastie with a cup of soup, which was delicious. We were fortunate to secure a table as the place quickly filled up after we arrived, likely due to the rainy Saturday lunch rush. Although there weren't any vegan desserts available at the time, there is usually a vegan donut on the menu. The atmosphere was lovely, and convenient street parking was available. My dining companion had an open sandwich, which they found to be incredibly tasty.

It's often difficult to find vegan options in Louth, but a friend recommended 23 Seats to me. They offer a variety of vegan items, including wraps and sandwiches. I always end up ordering the same delicious cheesy vegan wrap because I can't resist it. Just a heads up, they close around 4pm, so if you're in Dundalk and can't make it to 23 Seats by 3pm, you'll miss out on their tasty dishes.

I visited this restaurant for breakfast and enjoyed an oat cappuccino along with a porridge and sourdough bread topped with peanut butter and fruit.
