Slevins - Dunboyne

Usually go to  Slevins once a week, it can be busy at times. Always get a table. Good food, excellent service, very friendly staff.

I was in Dunboyne last Sunday with my family and we were looking for somewhere to eat. We decided on Slevins Pub and it was a fantastic decision. The staff were friendly and professional, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend a visit.

I had a meal at this restaurant on Saturday night and it was fantastic. The young girl who served us was extremely pleasant and the food was fresh and delicious. I will definitely be visiting again.

We visited the restaurant at the end of April and we were extremely happy we did. The food, drinks, ambiance, and service were all fantastic.

My family recently attended a private event at this restaurant and we were placed in the upstairs room during the afternoon. The food was served buffet-style, however, we found the portions to be disappointingly small. The curry, for instance, only had three pieces of chicken, and this was consistent across all portions. Later in the evening, we moved downstairs to the bar. The staff were not very friendly, especially one particular man who tried to take my drink away while I was still talking. Fortunately, I stopped him and told him I hadn't finished it yet, but he did not apologize for his mistake. When I inquired about his position, I was told he was the manager, which I found to be very rude. While some of the other staff members were pleasant, it seemed like there were others who did not seem interested in being there.
