Bevenuto - Dumfries Galloway

None of the courses for our party of four were flavorful or visually appealing. The chicken dishes were particularly lacking in taste. The restaurant's quality has declined from previous experiences.

I placed an order through the Foodhub app and was given an estimated hour for delivery. However, the delivery was late and the delivery person seemed to hastily throw the food at me. Despite the apologies for the delay, the pizza arrived cold with a hard base. I do not plan on ordering from this restaurant again in the future.

The pizzas at this restaurant are top-notch, but unfortunately, the delivery service is severely lacking. Delivery often takes over 2 hours and the food arrives cold with items missing. It's a disappointment.

Used Benvenutos for years but after tonight I 'm sorry to say it will be our last. My sons ordered TWO pizzas sweet panzanelle to be delivered it took 2hrs. We phoned prior to delivery to ask if they were getting the pizzas that night where given no apology just a 'it 's on its way '. Opened boxes one pizzas was slightly overcooked but both were cold....straight to bin. Total waste of time money so disappointed. Just saying.....their dad I 2 friends) had enjoyed a lovely relaxed three course meal at a BUSY town centre restaurant in less time it took for two pizzas to be made delivered!!!!!!!!

In all honesty worst fish and chips I've ever had in my life, my partner had sausage supper which was also disgusting, few bites, straight in the bin, haven't felt that sick in ages, second and last visit here. About 6 months previously tried the pasta which was runny and tasteless, should have stopped at that, never again!
