Update: We went ahead and tried them after 2 months. They remembered us and apologized for the visit. They gave the service we had known in the past. They usually do a great job unless they are busy. Then you have long waiting times that are expected. Except today, we were completely ignored. had to submit an order after some time and was not checked again. After we sat there for over an hour, we only had drinks, I had to go back to work. She tried to charge us for the whole meal, I just corrected them for drinks. I was then complained that I was rude (no scene was made, just said it was bad) so that the manager (I assume that the manager) dismissed us as we did not matter. I've been expecting more since we go in there all the time.

I had eggs, bacon, toast, hash browns and an honest goodness latte. The food was very good and the portions were unusually large. The only reason I didn't have 5 stars is because of the appearance of the restaurant. It is a very simple, naked bone type of space. Doesn't look like much, but the food is very good and you get a lot for your money. I'd definitely go back.

I have been there twice and both times, the experience there has been great. The eggs were made to perfection, bacon was crisp and the coffee is to die for. I will keep going to NANA'S, everytime I come to see my family.
