Mcdonald's - Dublin

Horrible service. Got my take away to later find out that the items were missing. Had to drive back 15 mins to raise the issue and surprisingly 5-6 other customers were raising the same issue of missing items. Coincidence? I’d say carelessness. Eventually got the remaining items after a long wait during which the other items got cold and inedible. Bad experience overall which you do not expect from McDonald’s. Hope they do better.

That is the only chips we get for the happy meal. not happy at all.

Food was freezing cold, chicken burger was not cooked through, cheese on a big Mac when it was requested no cheese, even had a sticker on it to say no cheese. I would never order from this McDonald's again it's a **** health hazard, food is in the bin because that's all it was fit for. One star and that was being generous.

Came to McDonald's today and ordered food I was waiting 45mins on the food to be told my food was given out in a just eat order after asking with manger to be told it wasn't there fault it was a mistake only then offering me free food next visit what happend with customers communication

Was quick, food was hot. Seating area was lacking cleanliness
