Sticks & Stones - Dubbo

How can you get pizza dough so wrong??? We wondered why it was so empty and when our pizza arrived we realised why? The dough was disgusting and flat and lifeless and the toppings were tasteless. Home made pizza on already bought based or even Lebanese bread would be tastier. I hope no one else ever gets to experience this - what a waste of money.

Ordered pasta and pizza to take away as we had spent two days at Taronga Western Plains Zoo and we were tired. Didn't have to wait long for the meal and it was delicious and well priced. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would revisit if in the area. Restaurant looked cosy and warm so might eat in next time.

I am now at Dubbo as apart of my Australian Italian Restaurant tour and was fortunate enough to dine at Sticks & Stones for lunch today. I had a fantastic wildfire pizza and a most delicious pasta. Excellent service and friendly staff and more importantly, EXCELLENT FOOD.I will definatley be dining here again next time i stop off at Dubbo!

Sticks and Stones has a comprehensive Italian style menu. The decor is lovely and relaxed and the prices reasonable. Highly recommended.

Great wildfires pizzas and yummy pasta. There wasn't any noise coming from us as we stuffed our faces with amazing flavoursome pizzas. Staff were all lovely and very helpful. Would definitely go back next trip
