Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Duarte

This is our second time ordering from Dickey's. The first time was delivery, and this time we opted for pickup. The staff was friendly, and the food was hot and delicious. We absolutely love the pulled pork, green beans, and okra! My husband said his pork ribs were so tender that they fell off the bone and were incredibly tasty.

I tried the veterans pulled pork sandwich, and it was my first time visiting this place. If the rest of the BBQ is as good as this sandwich, I’m in for a real treat—I will definitely be returning!

The food is good, but I was a bit put off by my experience. I ordered the family meal, which includes three sides and two pounds of meat. However, when I requested two pounds of brisket, I was informed there would be an extra charge. I think the menu should provide clearer pricing and details like that.

Can always count on Dickey's for decent BBQ. Got the Pit Stop, briscut was very tender and full of flavor.

9/5/2022 ???????????????????????? Sorry, it didn't taste good today. Meat was tender but BBQ sauce coleslaw was Super nasty. Guys were nice. Okra was the best thing we ordered that day. If we return , it will be a long time coming. Not like it use tobe. My personal opinion.
