Krispy Krunchy Chicken -shell

This place is a joke. 15 minutes after ordering a 16 pc meal. Go in the window and they are? From Chicken?. Brain matter and customer service completely missed this stop.

Waited in line 25 minutes, just to say as soon as I go to the window that they pay 3.5% extra if you have a card. Absolutely ridiculous, I've never heard of a fast food place. Even if they extra charge maybe they should actually advertise it before you wait 25 minutes. So, super slow service and extra unadvertized fees to cum with this place. I will never be back to this place and will pay extra attention at any other place if I ever go to everyone.

What is going on at this place? Seriously. 45min in the drive thru just to wait 10 more at the window for 7 tinders? The staff is absolutely trash. Whoever owns this place needs to spend some time here and get these people doing their job instead of STEALING TIME from the company and making customers be LATE. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

This place goes quickly downhill. the quality and taste of the food always worse. especially, the temders are hard and dry and smaller than in the past. the Mac and cheese we got today was the worst tasting Mac and cheese I've ever had in my life! it tasted like it was made with dirty hot water. It is sad to eat chicken express historically is one of my favorite places.

The first time. Sign outside says lobby open. Parks to go in the shield says lobby closed My time is valuable. Never stop. Other places to go.
