Local meat delicious, but also pasta and local specialities. I stopped at the return from the highway to caianello. Once in Dragone you have to turn left, large parking lot.

Small and cosy premises, you don't have much choice in meat types because they only have butchered calves in the area, from controlled and certified supply chain, on the other hand you can choose the foliage. Having gone to eat a good steak we only took the one with vegetable contours the service was great. We chose the meat we wanted, recommended by the chef. Once the meat is cut, it is weighed in front of customers and baked on a exposed grill. They have a discreet choice of bottled wines, although the barbery wine of the house has nothing to envy to other wines. Overall the excellent value in price quality ratio, you could improve a little something but the raw materials are really spectacular..
