Starbucks - Downey

Most of the sockets do not work, only working close to the bank, which are constantly carved. seems to be a well-known thema, the workers do not care

Had to report the manager for business, miss kamilla. I waited for two Ubereats orders that said ready, but the waiting period was almost 30 minutes. Meanwhile she made a wrong drink for someone else and went to another station while the bag remained empty. I asked another employee if the order was ready (supervised waiting time) and she cries about the room “it is prepared MAAM” as if she had already had a bad day. I sat in need because I am on the clock and the customers are waiting. she finally gives me the order and says: “You are forbidden here and I am telling you to keep rest” I was not wisely rude, I stayed for me and waited until I asked another employee about the waiting period. I was all right to be annoyed for the waiting period in general. I grew up in downey and do not appreciate being banned from any reason from my hometown store. I go every day to dieucks and spent so much money with this company. I told her to the company and gave my number to the district manager. kamilla was extremely unprofessional and cannot treat this environment as a manager. to speak so courageously in the name of dieucks, it must be reported. all the others were very friendly. I'm sorry they had a bad day kamilla, but they don't bring their problems to work. if they had their business under control, they would not have time to ban hard-working drivers who help pay their salary. I will write my review everywhere. I'm not forbidden to do that.

Beware of the morning shift! This place needs to grow up. It’s Downey not Compton… let’s get it right girls, without the ghetto attitude please. You have one job…. Put the coffee in the cup, pour syrup and milk… the directions are on the cup! I’m tired of them screwing up. I once got a cup of milk no coffee! This place always fails, I hardly come here but if I do I always regret it. They are constantly talking, no hands on the drinks.. there’s no manager regulating. They all seem in a click against the customer.. like we are ruining their day. These gals can’t handle pouring coffee… please quit your day job. You’re terrible at it. The manager/supervisor should be ashamed of themselves. I’m embarrassed to say this type of staff is in Downey. Feels like the ghetto

This place is so UNPROFESSIONAL!! And all the reviews here seem to be right. I ordered 4 Vanilla Bean Frappuccinos and waited for almost 20 minutes. They would call out my name four times, and they would do one by one. They need to hire more people here and professional ones too. Plus, it even tasted like water not the same favor I always get in different locations. This is probably the worst one in Downey CA. I am never coming back here. Wouldn't recommend coming here for just a drink.

Staff needs some real professional training. They wouldn’t last in a real world job. Waited 35 min for my order. It was made completely wrong. After expressing my concern to staff named Kamillae, I got her back turned and the drink handed off to someone else to redo. She ignored me the rest of the wait and keep staring me down. The Asian girl who helped after was kind but she was also busy and shouldnt have to do the other girls work. I’m going to Downey landing Starbucks from now on…the staff here is full of themselves.
