Very slow service with not enough help. Owner of this location cutting corners not having enough employees and having a dirty environment and people waiting too long just to make more

I'm not sure if the employees at this location are instructed to only work on one order at a time but that is what happened here. It took about 5 minutes before my order was even taken and the another 5 minutes after i asked for my sub for it to get started. There was 1 person standing on the side waiting for their order while the two employees continued to only work on online orders one a time. By the time i was finally acknowledge a large line had started and the employees continued to only work on online orders one at a time. What could have been a 5 minute trip ended up being over a 15 minute visit

I came before closing and they refused service and told us they had no bread . I know they just didn 't want to serve us food anymore. Very lazy workers.

Service is horrible! Spend your money somewhere else. Food is the same quality as any other Jersey Mikes. The employees attitudes are atrocious however. They sold me a regular fountain drink knowing the ice machine is broken and then laughed at me while I was trying to get ice. I told them the machine was broken and they laughed and said it wasn't going to work. I then asked them why they would sell me a fountain drink knowing the ice machine is broken. They just continued to ignore me. It's obvious they do not care about their customers or their jobs

The workers didn't want to make the sandwich. Bad service.. They need training and they run out of bread ... A sandwich shop without bread...
