Boston Market - Downey

As I drove up to an empty drive through I wondered why there was a long line at chick fille across the street and their Drive t was empty. I got my answer when I tried to order a Caesar salad. I simply wanted bread with my salad and the DT attendant who was abrupt and anoid that I wanted bread, barked their are no substitutions. I had been going there through the years and always got bread with my Caesar salad but now through misguided effort to save a couple bucks for a failing business they want to adopt a restrictive policy....cornbread is traditionally for soul food but salads usually come with bread everywhere else for good reason as it make a better partner to salad

We visited Boston Market for the last time today! The menu has changed. They no longer offer turkey. I ordered the chicken with two sides. The chicken was good. The stuffing was so dry, and full of these dried hard chunks, like if they scraped the bottom of the pan. The corn was completely over cooked. Tasteless and soggy. The guality of the food has gone down. And for what you pay, definitely not worth it.

Needed Easter Sunday food! Ordered around noon, picked up at 4pm. Ordered their basic catering 10pc chicken, mashed taters, gravy, corn, salad, and cornbread. Plus 5 extra pcs of chicken. Food was awesome, plenty for everyone, and family was happy to take some leftovers home. Chicken was juicy and flavorful, cornbread was great.

Went here today to redeem my Tmobile Tuesday local offer. ?The service at first was great. However, when ask for a side of sauce since the skin was drenched in it and once you remove the skin there is no sauce on the chicken and mind you I do not eat the skin. They wanted to charge an extra $1 for sauce on the side which I already paying about $14 for the 1/4 white meal. The manager Destiny, said ok I will redo the order... To my surprise the sauce was on the side but the chicken they replaced which was very plump at first was returned as a baby chicken. When asked about the previous size and this new baby size of chicken the manager Destiny was not accommodating at all .Oh yeah when the meal was returned the sides ordered was so cold and not piping hot like before. Boston Market really went downhill;I was very disappointed in the service rendered today. Needless, to say I will not be coming back anytime soon. I will be reaching out to T-mobile to see if they could potentially reevaluate the local deal with Boston Market.

I went through the drive thru and ordered the roasted turkey combo it comes with 2 sides I chose mashed potatoes and Caesar salad and a nashville chicken sandwich combo it only came with 1 side we chose mac& cheese the turkey was so soft and juicy it comes with a side of gravy to put over and its even better, thats definitely a must try. The chicken sandwich had a little spiciness to it the chicken was very tender and crunchy on the outside. And we got a slice of apple pie it was like a slice of heaven buttery flakey crust so good that's also a must try if your their.
