Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

Was my second time here. the employees were very friendly and made sure that they wanted what they ordered pushed other products.

I have been getting ice from here for years, and it's always delicious and refreshing!

--- During our visit, we encountered some inefficiencies in the service that could be improved. Ideally, when a customer places an order, the restaurant could prioritize the simpler items first. This way, customers can enjoy them while waiting for the more complex dishes to be prepared. If customers are greeted with a smile and thanked for their order, it creates a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, our experience fell short in this regard. Our simple yet delightful dishes were left behind as we waited for the rest of our order to be prepared. The staff member at the counter hardly engaged with us and seemed to be preoccupied with other conversations, leading to a lack of communication during our wait. On the positive side, the food itself was delicious, just as we remembered. However, a little more attention to customer service and a sense of urgency in fulfilling orders would have greatly enhanced our experience. We noticed several moments where staff members were chatting instead of focusing on serving customers in line. With a bit more dedication to service, this restaurant could elevate its overall experience.

It was my first time there. I came right before some others, but the others were waiting for me. the only reason I didn't say anything was because I didn't know what I wanted. the girl waiting for me was good knowledgeable, even if rita’s is expensive, I will be back

This is a fantastic spot for frozen treats like ice and custard. I visited with my fiancé's family, and I loved the shaded seating area at the back of the building, which was perfect for a hot day.
