Chick-fil-a - Dover

I ordered a frosted lemonade and it was served dirty and very watery. I didn't even take a sip, I just threw it out. The fries were also unpleasant and the chicken had no taste at all.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious. The staff is fantastic - always polite and friendly. I wish more businesses were as attentive and appreciative of their customers as this establishment. Five stars is not enough to rate them, they deserve at least ten stars! ????

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. I waited for fifteen minutes while the managers sat and talked, ignoring me and three other guests. Multiple staff members walked right by me without acknowledging me at all. The entire shift should be terminated, especially the managers. It's disappointing to see such poor customer service in the food industry. I have never felt so uncomfortable at a fast food restaurant before. This experience was absolutely disgraceful.

They are the worst! I came in on Saturday and ordered a milkshake chocolate and they didn?t put ANY chocolate and it was a hair in the milkshake! The manager Ron and the heavy set fat one Marissa were so rude and gave me a hard time and my refund is stillnot showing up. Do not eat here! I called cares number but Mary has yet to respond. This not your typical Chick fil a. Do noteat here!

Theeeee worst experience! I ordered a number 1 with medium fries and got precisely 5 fries and the chicken was not crispy at all but extra dry and extremely overcooked. I will not be returning here! I just hope I won?t get sick in Jesus Name. The devil is aliar
