Outback Steakhouse - Dover

The food was delicious and the service at the bar was great. I had a good time here and I'll be back. Steak was cooked for perfection and I had some small appetizers, I just missed Dessert. Next time.

Proven for an early dinner and quickly became without a wait. Waiter was wonderful. He knew the menu, was attentive, my drink never reached empty, and constantly checked for us. I had a pig dinner that was put in a sauce with pineapple and it was amazing. Perfectly cooked, tasteful, only on the bottom was the portion size. I would recommend it to everyone. The restaurant was clean, including bathroom. Generally a beautiful atmosphere. Couldn't be asked for a nicer dinner experience.

My boy Ben just started working here and he has the biggest service I've ever had. I love that he is customer-friendly and likes to interact with his customers. Need more waiters like he's making restaurants better. He is a great person with a great personality!

Had a great dinner tonight with our family at the Outback Steakhouse in Dover. The food was simply perfectly cooked and came out at the right time. Our server Mathew M didn't miss a beat. He checked us during our meal and was never overlaid. He never let us feel like many other servers in other restaurants. One of the best servers we've known for a long time. We will definitely make this one of our favorite restaurants in Dover. Thanks Outback and thanks Matt!

We went to Longhorn 1st and left because of slow service. I remembered that Outback was right down the road from them and wished we would have gone there in the 1st place. We were greeted by the most friendliest hosts and as we were escorted to our table, I couldn't help but notice how clean the restaurant was kept. Our server greeted us with a smile, great enthusiasm and checked on us frequently. Drinks form the bar were on point. The Blooming Shrimp appetizer was delivered in record timing which was to die for. The entrees came out just as we finished our shrimp. I ordered the porterhouse which unfortunately was over cooked. I addressed the issue with my server and assured me she would send a manager over to take care of it, and Boy she was not wrong. The friendly manager by the name of Marco let me explain my discrepancy and offered a sincere apology for the inconvenience. He offered to re cook my order right and went as far as to offer me a salad or soup while I waited. I declined because I was saving room for my steak. Marco then offered me a free dessert at the end of the meal which I gladly accepted to take home. I was highly thrilled by the way the issue was quickly resolved and how efficiently thre establishment was run because most corporate restaurants are quick to make excuses and charge me double for their mistakes. This place will be our next go-to place for many years to come.
