Domino's Pizza - Dover

I highly discourage putting your trust in this restaurant for warm, quality food. If I could rate it zero stars, I would. I placed two orders in the past week, both taking over an hour to arrive despite being given an estimated delivery time of 20-30 minutes. When I tried to speak with the manager, the experience was frustrating; she put me on hold three times and then hung up on me. When I called back, the employee who answered was rude and had a poor attitude, even discussing me with the manager within earshot. I truly believe this establishment should not continue operating.

I placed an order at 7:10, and the estimated arrival time was 7:45. However, two hours later, my food still hadn't arrived. I called Domino's several times, and the first time, they informed me that they were really busy and it would take another hour. An hour later, I called again and was told that the driver had called my phone to say he was there. I didn’t receive any call, and about 15 minutes later, he called again, complaining that I didn’t answer. This experience was unacceptable; they need to improve their service, and the driver was also quite rude.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered two pizzas and went to pick them up, but they charged me a delivery fee instead. When I arrived, they couldn't find my order. When I finally got home, I discovered I had received the wrong pizza. I called the restaurant, and they said I had to come back to pick it up or they could deliver the correct pizza, but I would have to pay a $4.99 delivery fee. I even spoke with a manager, who told me this was the only way the drivers got paid and that they couldn’t waive the fee. In the end, they did credit one of the pizzas back to my card, but I won’t be returning.

Wanted zero stars let us be clear: this pizza was not made fresh and also the zimtsticks were not. they are so hard and I am shocked that they think they will disappear with this chaos. I want a full refund and no wonder why they have less than 3 stars they are terrible and customer service with the manager craig is incredible! I said craig, he deserves to be fired as he talked to me and he said I can try. the gaul! as if the pizza from his reward sad! they need a nice visit from the Ministry of Health! he (manager craig) so claims he will contact samirs gm in this look, so whoever reads this, I want a FULL refund for this müll and I will bring back the sticks so that they can hear them against the counter

That's incredible that she didn't change for a $50 bill and my order was for $22 plus terrible customer service. so disappointing.
