Arby's - Dover

This Arby's location is consistently excellent. The restaurant is impeccably clean and still has a brand-new appearance. The staff, especially the women at the counter, are incredibly friendly. The food is always fresh and tasty. This is definitely my favorite fast food spot in Dover.

Because I follow a gluten-free diet, I can only enjoy the beef and cheddar without the bun, loaded with extra cheese and red sauce. I take it home and put it on my own gluten-free bun. It’s fantastic! They pack everything in separate containers if you request it.

The food was fresh and clean. The staff was knowledgeable about the dishes and their names. It’s a beautiful place with friendly service.

Came through drive thru at 2:30ish pm and I loved how the drive thru taker was taking my order she wasn’t rushing to take my order. The drive thru taker was actually taking her time on listening my order. We actually need more people like her with an positive attitude!

Usually go to the drive through and never really have any issues besides they forget my drinks sometimes and I have to say something but no big deal. They’re usually busy so I understand. Last week I decided to go inside and order and I waited inside for 13 minutes before someone came to take my order. And yes they saw me standing at the counter. I was also the only person inside the dining hall. I’ll stick to the drive through from now on. Food has always been fresh.
