Contribuiți la feedbackThis year, Dortmund was overwhelmed by the Guide Michelin with 4 stars, confirming the quality of these restaurants, the “Palmgarden” (the star was confirmed, the “Juma” (partner restaurant of the “VIDA”, “Der Schneider” and the “Grammons”. We have already reported about these restaurants here in Dortmund. The “VIDA”, 15 out of 20 points at the Gault Millau and 1 plate at the Guide Michelin, owner of this restaurant are the star chef Michael Dyllong (Chefkoch im “Palmgarden” and his partner Ciro de Luca, both also operate the partner restaurant “Juma” in the same house. A new creative form, as a restaurant offering the guests something beyond the usual take-away, these two gastronomics have changed their minds to get their shops from Corona to the guests. These meals can also be purchased for a few days at REWE-Schulenburg, Harkortstraße 35, in DO-Hombruch in der Kühlungtheke. This combination of gastronomy and grocery business is good here. The dishes were developed by the star chef Michael Dyllong and his partner Ciro De Luca. The influence of the star chef Michael Dyllong is not to be forgotten, inspired cuisine, handcrafted perfectly prepared. As a company, you can order these dishes or – like others – also purchase at REWE in Hombruch. The dishes can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. All products are produced regionally and seasonally. They can be heated both in the oven and in the microwave according to instructions for consumption. The dishes are offered in recyclable containers. The selection in the cooler convinced us so that we decided to use 2 variants: Putenroulade with basil filling on Selleriestampf (9.50 E and table top in horseradish sauce, cream weaving and potato tamper (9.90 € So quickly packed and heated at home after instruction in the microwave and dressed on plates. Putenroulade with basil filling on Selleriestampf: Very delicate turkey, filled with turkey meat pieces and with a creamy molten basil filling, a strong dark sauce with wine tasted round the roulette in a slightly bound pleasant consistency, well seasoned, without being intrusive. The potato pile mixes with celery, the taste round, rather mild and harmonized well with the other dish. To do this, crisply cooked Brockoli. We would definitely buy it again. Accompaniment to PutenrouladePutenroulade Tafelspitz in Meerrettichsauce, Rahmwirsing and Potato Stamp: Two well-cooked, yet very delicate and aromatic slices from the table top were accompanied by a relatively mild horseradish sauce, which was ally and slightly thickened. Rahmwirsing still nicely crisp, has kept its strong color well during cooking and accompanied the very tasty potato pile. Also a court that we would buy again. Conclusion: The VIDA also manages to pamper the palate via Take Away in this challenging time and brings a change to the lockdown. Both dishes are well-bourgeois cuisine, but very well prepared, nothing was cooked and kept its aromatic taste. No comparison to the usual take-away dishes, but the quality of the dishes was as if they were ordered and served in the restaurant. The price for each dish was suitable and acceptable for this quality. We'll try the other dishes. In any case, a real creative achievement for this offer. Convinced! You're welcome.
Service somewhat inconspicuous, water often do not give up and the cheese is placed on the table without comment. it was good!
Eating was super- tasty, the staff very friendly. it was a beautiful evening in a well maintained ambiente.
At the service is still air up! music did not correspond to our taste, all in all but a beautiful evening at higher price level!
The eating is great!!! unfortunately has disturbed us that we were put directly to the full contemplative table, although everything was free . to ask if we could get a table with more distance, came the statement we are booked today. but it was only over 1 hour later when we were finished. We're sorry to come back in every case, because eating is really top-class.
