Il Golfo Cantinetta - Dortmund

We were at 4th in the il golfo and had reserved for happiness, since almost everything was occupied. the public was completely mixed, from young people to a few new-rich snobs everything was there. the atmosphere was loose and really pleasant. sometimes it became a bit louder, but it was also Saturday night. the food was really excellent! we had something different, and no one was disappointed. tasty Italian cuisine! only occasionally we had to wait a little longer for our drinks, but as mentioned at the beginning, the load was also full. the dessert could also convince, but above all the espresso to close. Mostly you don't get a good one anymore, but this one was really perfect as in Italy. As I heard from the waiter, the il golfo is the oldest Italian of the city, probably even the rhino area- no wonder, was a round, very beautiful evening!

As masters, we have collected different bad experiences, from cold supplements to tasteless scampis. we have always looked a little over it because the staff has made a lot of effort to iron out mistakes of the kitchen. The owner never met us with an additional drink or a reduced price.Today on 26.07.2017 we re-edited. we had visited and ordered 3 x gambas with spagetti (proportion for €36.00)Therefor a total of 3 bottled wine. In one of the portions were haare, so my wife could hardly master himself before disgusting.We let the portions go back. still we had to pay at the end of this meal. there should be a capussino for free. what they say. that is not a serious gastronomy, that is devoid. Here, guests are over-divided and no longer taken seriously. we can only explain this with an above-average proficiency. Otherwise, a behavior like this is not comprehensible for masters.We will never enter this gastronomy anymore.

Actually the il golfo has been wearing for many years cantinetta. in any case, that is identical. we visit the cantinetta / il golfo for years not regular, but again and again. we prefer to eat here, however, no pizza, but fish. always delicious and usually friendly served.

I've known il golfo for years. I'd like to go. the food is always delicious and the service friendly and pleasant family.

Here are the best canneloni I have ever tried! simply fantastic with a super tasty sauce. the service was always courteous and friendly. the mixed appetizer plate is also only recommended (if you like a garlic ;-)) all in all one of the better Italians in and around there.
