Chandpur - Donegal

I dined solo when visiting Donegal town on business. The restaurant is just off of the very centre of the town and has plenty of parking available. The menu states that this restaurant has been voted the best Indian in Ireland and to be honest I did enjoy my meal so it was deserved. Service was friendly and fast without feeling rushed. The menu selection should suit most who enjoy Indian food. I would visit again .

This place has won a ton of awards, and now I see why. This is the best meal we've had in Ireland, and has raised the bar for best Indian food I've ever had anywhere. Service was prompt and efficient, and very attentive, which is a bit unusual for European restaurants. The Indian railway curry was some of the best. The Naan is awesome and has a nice crust to it. If I lived here I'd be coming back on a weekly basis.

Really nice place! Can see why it's won so many awards. Great vegetarian options, nice decor, lovely staff. Definitely will be back!
