Thalappakatti Naidu Biriyani - Dindigul

Dindugal's favourite Biryani outlet. Mutton biryani was tasty and awesome. They also serve side dishes such as kola, mutton fry etc. There are A/c and Non A/c dining halls available. It was crowdy when we visited the place on a Sunday Lunch. Car parking was challenging as the restaurant is situated on a narrow road. Paan and Jigarthanda shops are there inside the compound.

On our way to madhurai from Thrissur we turned to this place to have lunch, it was a busy restaurant.may be it's because of the timing . We had mutton and chicken biriyani,also had mutton brain which was good and chicken lolipop was yum!! Chicken lolipop is a must try.. Biriyani costs 250 rs which is a little over priced .. but was an ok ok biriyani..(not Kerala style,it's tamilnadu style)

Delicious mutton biriyani. One of The best biriyani ever had tharamana biriyani sbavam). Banana leaf with onion raitha served 1st. And very few minutes they took to serve the delicious biriyani.half biriyani and quarter biriyani available . We had half briyani, its more than enough for adult person. 3 to 4 small Mutton pieces were provided. Next serve, mutton gravy thalcha with 1peice mutton) and chicken gravy with 3 piece) served to add make more delicious. Good Ambience with cushion seats. It's one of the famous biriyani in Dindgal. Best price for the quality and quantity of biriyani. Liver fry and mutton chukka quality was super and quantity was very less. Jigarthanda and beeda available out side of the restaurant. It was good. Must try everyone
