The restaurant is excellent, extremely clean, and consistently busy. It's a great spot for enjoying healthy food and unwinding.

During our visit, we were disappointed with the service and cleanliness of the restaurant. When we arrived, there was no acknowledgment from the staff, and the only interaction we had was when we attempted to place our order. The woman who took our order was wearing gloves and spent several minutes aimlessly wandering in the sandwich area before returning to gather more paper for our sandwiches. Shockingly, she did not change her dirty gloves during this time, which was quite off-putting. After finally putting down the paper, she asked us what we wanted, and I had to ask her if she could please change her gloves. At that point, we decided to leave immediately due to the unsanitary conditions. Before even addressing the glove issue, I noticed that the meat prep area was unclean, with cheese and other food items spilled across various containers. The cheese appeared warm and melted, and there were used plastic containers with leftover meats scattered around. I would strongly advise the management to ensure their staff is trained on how to properly welcome customers, maintain hygiene, and keep the food area clean.

The menu is fantastic, the service is outstanding, and the ambiance is really appealing. I always seek out small coffee shops wherever I go, and this one was a great find! There was no pressure to make a purchase, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Oh don't miss to try the protein bowl. Low carb and healthy. Love it!

If there was a way to leave zero stars I absolutely would. The staff and ownership of this subway is awful. Ordered a sub through DoorDash to deliver. The order was wrong so I had it replaced. Waited 3 hours only to find out the restaurant cancelled the order. So I called the restaurant and was told they don’t accept DoorDash orders. Yet I had made orders from that location previously. Manager on site was rude and vulgar when talking to me. Owner continued to say they weren’t part of DoorDash and didn’t accept orders that way. The DoorDash driver was turned away at the restaurant after having previously picked up orders I had placed there. Owner threatened to call the police to have me removed and still continued they aren’t part of DoorDash. Pictures attached of their location on DoorDash available for delivery and the picture left by the DoorDash driver after dropping of a previous order. This entire staff is the worst and I would absolutely caution anyone from going to this store. If you want to know you’ll get good customer service and if they make a mistake they will fix it then absolutely don’t go here.
