Chef Thierry Blauwart is doing a remarkable job based on a formation acquired among others with renowned and starred chefs, to which his creativity and love of beautiful products and cuisine adds a very personal touch. 100% recommended. Certainly one of the best gastronomic addresses in western Brussels.
