I attempted to make a reservation at this restaurant several times before finally securing a spot for lunch today. The food was exquisite and the service was friendly. Although my party and I are not wine drinkers, we were pleased to find a variety of non-alcoholic options available. I highly recommend trying the ginger mocktail. As regular followers of the Michelin guide, we have dined at many highly rated restaurants. However, I was particularly impressed with 't sleutelgat today, mainly due to the outstanding service provided by the staff. They made us feel warmly welcomed without being overly pushy or aggressive. There was no pressure to order a certain way, allowing us to freely choose our dishes. The staff even went above and beyond to accommodate my request to change the main course, as I do not eat deer. While good food can be found in many places, excellent customer service is not always a guarantee.

I can't recall ever having such a fantastic chocolate dessert! It was definitely made with Callebaut chocolate.
