El Rancho Grill D'iberville

The waiter was pleasant but there is much better restaurants to go to the nest the food was subpar at best the stake that was served to me in my burrito would be the stuff I would feed to my dog it was nothing but fat and Gristle it just wasn't a very nice experience there is much better restaurants to go to the bathroom was disgusting there was feces and stuff everywhere and staff was just sitting around doing nothing like I said I would definitely look for another location to go to

I will not be returning here for multiple reasons. The chips are the really thick ones and were cold. Not room temperature but cold. I had a taco salad. The fried tortilla shell was soft. Not crunchy. The ground beef was a funny color. It lacked flavor. When I salted it, there was a hole in the top of the salt shaker so I got hard rice grains along with extra salt. I brought it to the servers attention. She brought me another broken salt shaker that she just exchanged my broken one for! There was an extremely loud female at the bar throwing the f bomb around liberally. I asked for my check and told the server that I was leaving as that woman's vocabulary was not appropriate for my 3 year old. She just handed me my bill and said sorry. As I was leaving another family was coming in with a small child and I suggested that they choose another restaurant and explained the situation. The father turned out to be a police officer. While his family waited outside he went inside and came back out shaking his head and said management wanted her left alone so they were going somewhere else. There were SO MANY things wrong with this restaurant! The most frustrating part was that I DID bring several things to their attention yet nothing was fixed. They left two broken salt shakers on the tables for the next guests to ruin their food with. That is when I draw the line.

The food was good but service was extremely slow unattentive. The decor is strange.

Always Great Quality Authentic Mexican Food ,Always Kind And Generous Service !One Of My Favorite Places To Eat And Get Take Out For movie nights and special occasionsTheir Tacos El Pastor and Spanish Rice along With White Cheese Dip and Salsa Are Always My Go Too I love The Environment And The Customer Service ????

Love happy hour is 3 to 8 pm and taco Tuesday still my favorite place for Margaritas and their house
