I cannot comments on the quality of the food since I was not given an opportunity to eat there. I spent two wonderful days and nights in Teggiano and since it was close to dinner time, my wife and I walked and inquired as to dinner. We were informed that the restaurant was closed and would reopen next month. We ate around the corner and on our way back we noted patrons pleasantly eating there. A shame that it marred our stay which was otherwise pleasant and restful.

We found this little restaurant while visiting the small town of Teggiano. The service was very good and the owner very warm. The homemade pasta was delicious and the secondi piati (meat, vegetables) just as good! Great value for money as a lunch for 2 was 20 euros in total- without wine. Highly recommended.

We went looking for a meal around 7:30/8 on Friday, October 21. The restaurant was completely dark and the lobby of the hotel it is part of was also dark and abandoned. When we walked by around 9:30, a grumpy looking woman was sitting at one of the cafe tables in the hotel lobby, but the restaurant appeared to be moribund. Be careful when you book a visit to Teggiano, as you might find yourself going hungry. I acknowledge that Italy presents cultural differences as to mealtimes, but there was no sign on the door as to opening times and dates.
