Tim Hortons - Dewitt

I'd give this zero stars if possible. It won't be long before this one closes like all the others in the area. Scorching hot coffee from the microwave, no cream or powdered cream, no idea but either way it's gross. I guess they don't sell steak so instead of telling me that they just gave me a chicken, bacon, egg, lettuce and chipotle wrap. Disgusting!

April 29th we stopped at the Dewitt MI location for a couple of coffees and donuts. The employee (a young, short, white man) acted hostile and angry. Irritated that we were there. I ordered a caramel iced latte and he gave me a hot coffee. I did not complain and left. Because it was too hot I could not try it until I got to the car. It was the absolute WORST coffee that I have ever had in my life. It was SO bitter that I couldn't drink it. I wanted to return it but my husband wanted to keep driving. Given the poor service and terrible coffee I will never go to Tim Hortons again. Believe me, Speedway's coffee tastes way better than the coffee this guy makes. Next time we will stop at McDonald's. Ps. The young black man that brought us the donuts was very polite. Tim Horton's should hire more people like him.

Hash brown was greasy, barely warm, and burnt but the best part was looking down into my half eaten sandwich and seeing pink sausage. The French cruller was stale

I enjoyed stopping in for a quick trip to grab some coffee and donuts. I've never been to a Tim Hortons before and they did a stellar job. The staff was kind and courteous. The latte was delish so I'll be back!

Avoid this location. I ordered oatmeal and coffee and the bowl of oatmeal was only half full. Turns out they did me a favor, because after two bites I threw the rest away. Very disappointed with this location.
