Bridge Street Social - Dewitt

I've been to Bridge Street Social twice now and both times the food and drinks were great. This past time our server was a little attitudey but I'm going to chalk it up to just being an off night. I'll still be back some day.

My wife and I love Bridge Street Social. It has quickly become one of our go-to spots for great eats, brilliant cocktails and mocktails, and outstanding service. Everything we eat there is phenomenal, but our favorite is the Double Wagyu Smash Burger. It is one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The bun is buttery, the meat is juicy and flavorful, and the fries are crispy! Go see Remy, you’ll be taken care of!

Meatloaf was pretty good,Chophouse prices on Filet,but not Chophouse quality,staff seemed a little under trained for the atmosphere they are trying to portray,overall not bad,would probably go back...

Man, I gotta be real about my experience with Joe at the restaurant. Dude was kinda dropping the ball on the whole service thing. Not gonna lie, it felt a bit unprofessional and left me a bit uneasy. I just hope folks in the restaurant biz focus on keeping customers happy, ya know? Maybe Joe could use a refresher on customer service – it'd be good for everyone involved.
