I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was disappointing. It was my first time visiting, and I ended up waiting 45 minutes for my food, which was just a chicken sandwich. When I arrived, there were only two other customers at a table, and they had been waiting for quite some time as well. I did receive my small salad appetizer, and it was quite tasty. However, it was evident that there are significant issues in the kitchen that need to be addressed. After waiting for 50 minutes, I decided to leave, and it was clear that the two customers who arrived before me still hadn't received their meals, nor had anyone else in the restaurant, except for the last two people who came in and ordered burgers. I have to say that the ownership and management really need to take a hard look at these problems. This place has potential, but from the impression I got, it seems like these issues have been ongoing for some time.

The food was outstanding, and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will certainly be coming back!

The food is satisfactory, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. It took 9 minutes to get a cup of coffee, and they didn't even appear to be overwhelmed with customers.

I had a great time at the seafood buffet tonight, and everything was delicious. However, the highlight for me was definitely the Heath cake—it was absolutely amazing and incredibly addictive!
