Fourt points sheraton in fort walton beach is one of the best hotels ive ever been to. the service great. Jay at the front desk was so kind and helpful to us. the workers at the pool was so much fun, they made the kids feel special.

Four points was great The kids loved it!! Super Friendly staff great music food and drinks!! J at the front desk was super helpful and sweet. The dj at the pool definitely kept the kids entertained with pool games and trivia!

We love this place! Stayed here many times when my daughter was in dance and competitions were held across the street at the Convention Center! My husband and I now stay here on our way to and from Cocoa Beach. Great staff! Great rooms!

Ladies at the reception nice. Object disgusting. Nothing like website presented. Furniture were grounded dirty. Beds uncomfortable. Never learned lesson again. Room smells like bug spray. I'm worried. First family trip in three years. So sad
