Waffle House - DeSoto

Customer service was fantastic, but very disappointing that I couldn't eat. I had no other choice at 3:00, so I decided to go my order, but I don't know why it has to close from 9:00 to 6:00? Poor waitress said she works overnight and hardly ever gets tips. Food: 3/5

A wonderful break to our trip. Delicious food and great service. It was a privilege to observe the ingenious work ethics of a young man named Josh. He did our night. ~Shawn

If you haven't eaten here, it's a must. Josh was amazing with his hospitality and customer service. He makes an amazing sauce and omelet. They won't regret it. Thank you. Josh will definitely come back.

Management is low here at any time. It is no longer worth going to this place... The manager was annoyed with me because he just realized that an order has to go online if I'm already here was ridiculous.. She was so upset that she even refused to take my order as it came in... after another worker and gave me a place. I was sitting for a few minutes. I couldn't believe a manager was so loud and mean. I couldn't give them my business.

This was my first time at waffle house. The food was so good. I can't remember our servers name but she had piercings and and ankh necklace. She was awesome. Kind and attentive. Loved it.Food: 5/5
