Starbucks - Des Moines

I'm in there every work day and have been since the late 1940's it feels like. Every single day I receive amazing service. They know you by name, and treat you amazingly well. I cannot say enough about Rhi, Maren, Sam, and the rest. It's the best way to start my day: caffeine and customer service.

Didn't catch the barista's name but he was 20-30 with longer hair. Really nice and professional. We got the bogo drinks via the app. He asked which milk I preferred in my matcha latte which no one has asked me before, they just make it. It was delicious. And my husband loved his white chocolate foam cold brew thing lol. Great stop after walking around downtown and heading back to our hotel next door.

One of the best Starbucks I’ve been to. The baristas are very friendly and welcoming. The service is fast and drinks are great!

I just want to express how thoroughly impressed I was by this Starbucks. I've been to many and this was by far one of the best managed Starbucks I've ever seen. There was great support for new onboarding members of the team and the manager seemed to take a lot of time with their employees to teach them how to properly serve customers. My drink was done extremely well and you could tell that there was thought put into drinks that were being made. They were able to get customers in and out efficiently and mobile orders were always done when customers arrived. So impressed!
