Portermill - Des Moines

The food is decent, and they have most of the IOWA beers available. However, the wait was quite long. The staff here is really nice. It is definitely on the pricey side, but considering other airport options, you do get what you pay for.

I had a quick service experience even though the restaurant was busy! I stopped by just before my flight, and I enjoyed a variety of great drinks and food options. The place was also very clean.

Two huge delicious dishes for $23. don't expect so good food at an airport. Service was great! The food was fresh and delicious.

Good food and a great selection of local Iowa beer. One of the rare airport restaurants to have craft beer and even offers flights.

Just had a great meal here between my flights. I don't really travel all that often, so this was definitely some of the best airport food that I've ever had. A little busy, but staff seemed on top of it and quick to bus tables. Everyone I spoke to were very friendly and accommodating. Not sure about some of the other reviews from today; I'm guessing not the most patient of people.
