Perkins Bakery - Des Moines

The waitress was great! We had to go fast and she facilitated everything to help us. My daughter even has a free cookie. Love to see the career waiters put on a clinic how to create loyal customers! As always Perkins breakfast was delicious!

I was not able to get my order in time for the Thanksgiving visit. It was a blessing this lady helped me by allowing to place for pick up on Thanksgiving day and pick it up early without showing up empty handed. She rescue me and I splurge and kept a pie for myself. I really appreciate this lady who helped me out. The staff was very pleasant even under pressure while helping those dining in and walk in customers to buy pies. Great job to the entire staff!

The food was great but the best part was our waitress ms. J! By far the kindest friendliest waitress I've ever been served by. Her service was excellent and her personality was even better!

Service is friendly and quick. The Eggs Benedict are tasty. Great place for brunch with family.

This is a very busy location, with it being Sunday apparently also servicing the local hotels. On this day, they were understaffed in both the kitchen the dining room. The food was good. Perkins good. My main objective here is to compliment our waitress, Juana, on her attention to our table and enduring personality. Very sweet, direct efficient. The kitchen was slow it took the food some time to get to the table, but Juana engaged the table we didn't feel forgotten in the confusion of the morning. We enjoyed our meal appreciate her efforts. Thank You, Juana!!
