Dunkin' - Des Moines

Excruciating slow trip thru service. I have reason to assume that these two female workers are high on drug. I had to repeat my order several times and they always asked what I wanted. 10:10 If I could give him the zero stars, I would. how do people think that it's okay to offer this kind of service and get away with it?

Bert was so helpful! I tried something new and he was so good about making sure I liked it before I left. Good attitude and seemed very friendly! Will be back!

I came in the morning was waiting in the speaker for 5 minutes order what I wanted they don't have it other another thing they don't have it then I order something else which I was fine with it come down the window they charge me right away, me waiting there for 12 mins for a medium latte guy come to the window and ask me sorry what was your order I'm like what is not ready! He's like no left and another girl come try to charge me again and At that point I'm like mad cause it's been 25 mins for a latte I left didn't got a refund or anything

I ordered a pup cup with 2 chocolate frosted donuts with sprinkles. Get up to the window and pay. The gal handed me my donuts and I asked about my pup cup the gal said you will have to go back around..i said. Why? They are free and asked do you know what they are?..she said yes she does so a different lady comes to the window and says they are not f4ee which is fine I will pay so then a gentleman came over and said it cost a dollar. OK so it come to 1.07 I paid and said I 'm sorry to cause any chaos I did order it at the speaker. I 'm not trying to be difficult. While I did over hear what the first gal was running around in there saying which was very Unprofessional. I let the gentleman know everything I bring my dog to the clinic in the same parking lot I stop and grab him a pup cup. Anyway I won 't go there again.

$16 for a dozen donuts?Staff did their best, but it was a 15 minute stop. I came inside since the drive through was long.
