Bruegger's Bagels - Des Moines

I’ve been eating at bruegger’s for 26 years. absolutely love the bagels. but the employees at this location constantly have an attitude and are rude to customers. i get a bagel at least one a week and this location is close to me but i drive all the way out to Clive so i don’t have to interact with these employees. every time i go they’re rude, snappy, in a bad mood. im not sure what the issue is with this location but they need better employees who know how to treat people right

Like this place but since the switch to pay before they make, there has been an increase in order errors such as no Chipotle sauce on a western. Have to always check the sandwiches after receiving as you can't really watch yours being made.

I come here often and the food is always good. But the employees need an attitude check. I understand everyone has off days but when you’re a regular and the cashiers are consistently rude, always have an attitude, and always act like you’re an inconvenience ?? need to hire better employees!!

I always come here for a good bagel. I love their ansiago bagel with strawberry cream cheese.?
