Aroy-dee - Des Moines

I am so glad that we took a chance and tried this restaurant. The pho was incredible and the portion sizes were generous. We ordered our pho to go, so the broth was sent separately from the noodles, vegetables, and each type of meat/seafood we ordered. They included packages of hoisin, red pepper, soy sauce, and a lime. It reminded me of hotpot dishes, and I enjoyed the depth of flavor more after letting it sit for a few minutes. The broth was also very hot, so it needed a minute to cool down. My daughter tried the chef's special catfish and loved it. The pad thai was also delicious.

The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes on their extensive menu. I thoroughly enjoyed everything I tried, especially the excellent pho and shrimp vermicelli. I highly recommend giving them a try as they will not disappoint. Eating here makes you feel like you are nourishing your body with something healthy.
