Kfc - Depew

Just got home about a 10 minute drive. Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. Asked the cashier if the guy in front of me ordered 25 chickens and he said he was waiting on fries. Needless to say my hot fries were cold and my mango teatastes like water. Tried calling and for 5 straight minutes it was a busy line. To say the least I am a little upset!

Placed a mobile order that wasn't even being prepped when we arrived, even though the system said it would be ready by then. We had to remind staff of our order, and then wait in line for an additional ten minutes... Three orders placed after us werecompleted first. Another mobile order customer who had arrived before us was given half his order, and then was still waitingfor the other half by the time we left. We also watched another woman come back with her Taco Bell, as it was incorrectlyprepared. When we finally got our order and got in the car, I took a sip of my drink and realized they'd given me Diet Pepsi,not regular like I ordered. The food is fine, hence the 2 stars, but service and communication there is horrific. Verydisappointed.

Soggy chicken was scared to eat it , biscuit very dry asked for double mashed for my sides had next to no gravy. What a shame

Back to try a taco after a few months.. fresh and on point.. we stopped coming but glad we did.. good come back

It was delicious, the chicken and the frits were beautiful and crispy, the strawberry limonade was very tasteful, everything was nicely cooked and the pimples were very juicy and delicious! Definitely a 10/10 stop at KFC
