Indian Lake Bistro, American Latin Fusion

Lovely experience here every time I go. Food is always delicious and exceptionally fresh, staff is always cheerful and everything is always spotless! Recently went for breakfast and had some of the best chorizo I?ve ever had ?? This place is located on a small street and can be easily overlooked but has some beautiful views and fantastic food!

For my main course, I chose the surf and turf, which featured a flavorful combination of grilled rock steak and shrimp, roasted yuca, and a mix of rice and beans. The dish was phenomenal; the combination of the rock steak, shrimp, rice and beans, and yuca created a truly delightful meal. I had never tasted yuca before, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. Although Indian Lake Bistro is slightly off the beaten path and not an obvious restaurant location, the food was fantastic, and I was glad that the positive reviews were accurate. It's located at 65 Indian Road, not far from the Acme on Route 53, and I had no trouble finding a parking spot to pick up my meal. In the future, I might consider bringing a bottle of wine to enjoy with my meal. I ordered online, and the menu was easy to navigate. My meal was ready when promised, and when I got home, it was still warm. After snapping a few photos, I quickly dug in after transferring it from the aluminum container it came in. Everyone who has praised this hidden gem is spot on. Denville is fortunate to have so many great dining options, and Indian Lake Bistro is definitely a place to add to your list.

The food is incredibly delicious and fresh, the staff is friendly, and the view of the Indian Lake is beautiful! This place is definitely one of Denville's hidden gems. A big round of applause to everyone at ILBistro for their fantastic work!

Imagine all your favorite breakfast and lunch dishes with a unique Latin twist! My wife had the grilled cheese with tomato soup, and both were out of this world. The tomato soup was incredibly savory, and the grilled cheese had a delightful crunch. I opted for the skirt steak with eggs (yes, you read that right!), served with avocado, beans, rice, and a delicious house-made garlic salsa. Everything was cooked to perfection. Additionally, the staff and owners are incredibly warm and welcoming, and you can really taste the passion they put into every dish. I highly recommend you check this place out!

Absolutely fantastic we loved this place and are likely to be regular. I had the huevos rancheros, she had the avocado toast and we shared mango / strawberry french toast. coffee, excellent! each dish was fantastic and the 2 ladies who worked the front were helpful. try this place!?
