Five Guys - Denville

I visit this restaurant often, and I recently noticed a new manager wearing a black shirt. He has provided excellent service to my friends and me during our last visits. Everything seems to have improved at the restaurant!

It seems that there's a new manager at the Five Guys in Denville, NJ. I honestly don't think he should be speaking to his employees in that manner. Everyone needs a job, but it's important to treat people with respect. It's disheartening to see someone in a position of authority treating others poorly.

The staff here are very friendly, and the night shift manager is particularly attentive. The service is quick, making it a great option for dinner. After a long day at work, I really appreciate how fast they are. I highly recommend this place!

I waited for 20 minutes to take my order today. The young black man working said he was busy instead of giving me the order by reaching out his hand. I will report you all the way to your head office.

Customer service is not dead! No business is perfect and mistakes happen, that is inevitable. To me, the important part is how these mistakes are handled by the staff. At this restaurant, the staff ensured that my issue was handled with care and consideration. From the shift supervisor (I believe his name was Carlos), to the store manager, Anne, all the way to the district Manager, James, everyone was thoughtful and professional. And yes, their food is always delicious as well!
