Contribuiți la feedbackThis review is for the relocated one in Denville. The drive through is always packed. I thought I would go in side thinking it might be quicker. Nope. I stood there for a number of minutes. I was the only customer inside. Numerous employees looked at me and completely ignored me. I guess it's all about the drive through. After standing there for a long enough time I just left.
I went to the new Dunkin on route 46. They didn’t put the hot coffee into the cardboard holder and it dumped all over my cloth front seat. The lady acted like I made it up and she saw it happen then she tried to short me a dollar, this is the third time my change was incorrect. I haven’t spoken to the manager yet but it’s going to cost me over $100 to have my carpet and cloth seat cleaned. Very disappointed
Increase your hours. No need to close at 7 o’clock.
I placed the order the day before to make sure it would be delivered on time at 10:15 am. It still hasn't been delivered (11:23 am). And asking for service money and also a tip for the driver in advance. Ridiculous. Bad service. Never again update 15-02-2023: driver indicates online that the food has been delivered at 12:23 PM but according to the recipient nothing has been delivered. now in discussion with Dunkin and Grubhub about my money.
Terrible. messing something up while joking about it and giving the one thing that I asked to be left out of my food he gives me ONLY that food item. While joking about it. Almost as if it was done on purpose. Won’t be going there anymore that’s for sure. Watch out. They mess with ppl there whom have allergies. Just asking for a lawsuit.
