Dunkin' - Denville

Paid for a donut at the kiosk inside.Waited and waited. Finally asked if it was coming out. “We don’t have any donuts” followed by a “you should have looked!”. Had to ask for a refund. my standards aren’t high for a dunks, but to not be told there were any donuts, do a kiosk only payment, wait, and then not be offered a refund until I asked for it… don’t waste my time.

Restroom has been out of order for the longest time

Just passing through and stopped for a break. Clean and welcoming location. Friendly staff. Drinks and food prepared as requested. May have to make this a usual stop whenever I'm in the area.

I always come to this DD before I get to work and it was great. Untill, I noticed they were selling food that been sitting for who knows how long. Every order I ask for fresh out of the oven hashbrowns, and i get cold, soggy hashbrown that they over made hours before. Time to go somewhere else!
