Chipotle Mexican Grill - Denver

Placed an on-line order to the 1600 California location in Denver for a veggie bowl with guacamole on the side (an order previously ordered and popped up when I ordered). Wanted to buy a side of carnitas for my dog. Have done this in person at multiple Chipotle locations in several states. No way to do this on line. Tried to call Chipotle to add it but no answer at the location and the customer service agent said she cannot add to an order. The Door Dash driver pointed out the error on the order (guacamole in the bowl and not on the side), but the staff very rudely said it was not an error. He asked to add a side of carnitas and was told that they would not do it. When the food arrive it was cold. The cheese was not even soft, let alone melted. It was ordered with green salsa and came with red. This is the worst experience I have ever had at Chipotle or any fast food restaurant.

Horrible every time, don't waste your money. nothings ever fresh, and they give the smallest portion sizes.

Chipotle is pretty consistent, but on-line ordering doesn't let you ask for extra rice etc.

This Chipotle on 16th street and California is consistently disappointing so at least you'll what to expect if you're not one for surprises! It took me 3 times to learn never to order from this location again! Lesson learned nonetheless!

Don 't come here they give you 3 bites of rice and 15 bites of pico and when you ask for more rice they give you an attitude and say you should put extra rice on the order, a bunch of idiots
