Sushi Cafe - Denton

I really love this restaurant, and since I now live just across the street, it's super convenient for me! However, I recently had a disappointing experience. Last week, after ordering takeout, I checked my bank statement and found that the server had added an extra tip on top of the 15% gratuity already included. I went back today to discuss it with a manager. At first, I was told I couldn't speak to him, but after explaining the situation, they finally brought him over. While he apologized, he seemed rather indifferent about the whole issue. Because of this experience, I won't be returning. It's unacceptable for them to take advantage of their customers like this.
