Great American Cookies - Denham Springs

I absolutely love this place! I'm always impressed with their service and birthday cakes. The decorator is incredibly talented and sweet! There was one time when my sixteen-year-old gave me very short notice that 10 kids would be joining us for his birthday celebration. In a panic, I rushed over and asked for help. They came to my rescue and created an amazing, fun Cookie Monster cake that was perfect for turning sixteen! It was such a hit! Another time, for my daughter’s birthday, they brought my vision to life with a beautiful butterfly cake. I can't say enough good things about this place! In fact, I just ordered a birthday cake for my middle son today, and I can't wait to see what they've created!

I hope I’m not overreacting, but does this cake look like a Roblox cake to anyone else? I ended up paying an additional $4 for it because I specifically requested a Roblox theme, and it looks more like a princess cake instead. I’m really disappointed with it!

I ordered a cookie cake for my grandson's birthday, and it was fantastic! The decorator did an amazing job with his Naruto request!

This restaurant offers the best ice cream and cookies in town! We always enjoy dining here. The customer service is excellent and prompt, and the establishment is consistently very clean.

The cookies here are excellent! The prices are a bit on the higher side, but they're not too bad. However, the service could use some improvement. The young girl with pink hair was rather rude and could benefit from some customer service training. Additionally, it might be helpful for her to understand that 9:00 is closing time, not when she is supposed to leave—customers should be able to purchase cookies until that time.
